Director of Development

In charge of development and project management in the Washington, DC, metro area, Garrett Erdle is responsible for ensuring the details are done right on Carbon Thompson's biggest projects. Currently focused on the Moorefield development in Loudoun County, Garrett also assists in determining financial feasibility, coordinates the entitlement and site plan process, addresses pre-construction needs and aids in the company's leasing and marketing efforts.

With a background in mortgage brokering, investment services and manufacturing, Garrett joined Carbon Thompson in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Wake Forest University .

in 2005, Garrett was awarded the title of LEED^® Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
